FAQ’S

I booked a studio shoot. What time should I arrive?

I suggest coming at LEAST 25 minutes before the hour you booked starts. Please come makeup, hair, and your first outfit ready. They do provide mirrors and bathrooms.

I booked a studio shoot and I am not sure what outfits to bring.

Depending on the nature of your shoot i.e. how many hours, type of shoot (family photos, work headshots, stylized), stay away from NEON colors. Any other outfit color is fine. If you want white wall photos, I suggest not wearing white but a color that has better contrast, like beige, pink, blue etc. Always bring numerous outfits just in case you don’t like something.

For an outdoor shoot, what should I expect?

Depending on the hours booked, we can navigate around town pretty efficiently. If it is hot outside, (which I try to avoid those times), always bring makeup or hair items to refresh. If for some reason, they weather gets bad the day we plan, we will always rebook as soon as possible.

What’s your turnaround time?

3-4 weeks from the shoot date.

I feel nervous and awkward on-camera. Any tips?

It’s totally normal to have the “day of” jitters for a shoot! If this is your first time getting professional pics, practice in the mirror on the poses that make you most comfortable a few days. During shoots, I play music (if you like), and suggest some poses for all different scenes.

Can I bring family or friends to my shoots?

Of course, as long as they are not in the way of the camera, bring them!

Do I need to fill out any paperwork?

Nope! All invoices will be sent once the initial email has been sent to me through the book page on this website!
